Shipping policy

Processing Time
Every Pin This! product is custom-made just for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $4.99. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more.

Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Please note that selecting express shipping speeds up the shipping/transit portion of your order but does not shorten the time required to create your custom buttons.

Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
